Providing connections and support for Fixed business department clients (customer access PDH/SDH/Ethernet links configuration and troubleshooting). Providing connections for MSC, HLR, other mobile platforms to IP network. Support, development and administration enterprise network of Central region in Ukraine (VoIP, Voice GWs, routers, switches, servers configuration and troubleshooting). Network documenting process (local Wiki, Visio schemes, etc).

Provider’s IP network support and troubleshooting (EIGRP, OSPF, FR access, SLA, ACL). End-users equipment deployment and technical support (Dial-UP, SHDSL/Analogue leased lines, Wireless links issues) (ZyXEL, Telindus, Senao, Alvarion). Regional WiFi network development (Motorola, Senao, Alvarion).
