Checked the intranet for up-to-date customer contact details and updated them as necessary, ensuring active contracts were verified and non-active contracts were removed to maintain a clean and current database.

Responsible for opening and closing contracts, adjusting invoices as needed, and submitting meter readings to Fluvius while assisting customers with technical questions, ensuring efficient customer service.
